Facilties Analysis of existing 30k sq.ft.
visitors center, and schematic design for an additional 15k
sq.ft. The 3-phase,
20-year masterplan seeks to incorporate numerous sustainable
strategies
for
a possible LEED-EB rating. These include cooling towers, natural
daylight & ventilation, and roof mounted photovoltaics.

Facilities
Analysis and Visioning Masterplanning for the 12,000 sq.ft.
Administratuve and Visitors Center. Facility has a need to expand
its operations by approximately 5,000 sq.ft. within the available 8
acre complex.

HOME REMODEL
Remodel of
existing 2,000 sq.ft. custom residence. GRx program to include
new high-performance window and insulation
packages. Attention to be given to opportunities for increased passive
solar gain. Client to participate in APS Home Energy Checkup and
Rebate Program for energy-efficiency upgrades.

CITY OF SEDONA
WATER INFILTRATION ANALYSIS
Geotechnical
investigation of the City of Sedona's Justice and Police buildings. The
City has experienced persistant water infiltration and related mold
problems, despite previous attempts to resolve the issue. Final
report to be issued prior to beginning final engineering design work
for a remedy.

PROJECT AWARE-
PHASE 3
The former
Habitat for Humanity Building on Leroux Street in Prescott will be
remodeled to provide housing for Veterans and previously homeless men,
bringing the total number residences available through Project Aware to
20. 12 roof-mounted photovoltaic panels are planned for installation on
the existing roof structure.
